Himalayan Sound Festival

Himalayan Sound Festival brought regional and international acts onto a purpose-built site in central Kathmandu. RA produced the stages, crowd plan, vendor village, and night lighting — keeping a large outdoor site moving from afternoon sets through a late headline.

The brief was simple: make it feel like a real festival, not a series of bookings. That meant sightlines, water, signage, and a closing cue that the whole ground could share.
